The Service is a free web tool that converts URLs into text-based QR codes.

Article 2: Fees & Registration

The Service is provided free of charge and requires no user registration.

Article 3: User Responsibility

Users shall use the Service at their own responsibility.

Article 4: Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Converting illegal URLs
• Using the Service to direct users to phishing sites
• Mass generation for spam purposes

Article 5: QR Code Readability

Text-based QR codes can be properly read when displayed in a monospace font. They may not be readable in proportional fonts. The Service does not guarantee QR code readability.

Article 6: URL Shortening

The Service uses is.gd for URL shortening. The Service bears no responsibility for is.gd's availability or service content.

Article 7: Intellectual Property and Attribution

Generated QR codes may be used freely for non-commercial purposes. For commercial use, you must include the credit "Made with OshiQR" or equivalent attribution. Removing or modifying the credit automatically included in saved images is prohibited.

Article 8: Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We bear no responsibility for any damages arising from use of the Service.

Article 9: Service Restrictions

The Service may change its content or suspend provision without prior notice.

Article 10: Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be changed without prior notice. Updated terms take effect upon posting on the Service.

Article 11: Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
